1. What is the shipment port？
According to the customer’s request delivery to designated port, if there is no special request, the loading port is Shanghai port.
2. What is the payment term？
30% prepay by T/T, 70% T/T before shipment, or L/C credit at sight .
3. What is the delivery date?
30- 60 days delivery from the factory after receive the deposit according the different type of pumps and accessory.
4. How long is the warranty period?
18 months after the product is delivery from the factory or 12 months after start use of the equipment.
5. Whether to provide after-sales maintenance?
We have professional engineers to provide installation guidance and after-sales maintenance services.
6. Whether to provide product testing?
We can provide different kinds of tests and third-party tests according to customers’ requirements.
7. Can the product be customized?
We can customize products according to customers’ requirements.
8. Do you provide samples?
As our products are customized mechanical products, we generally do not provide samples.
9. What the standards of fire pumps?
Fire pumps according to NFPA20 standards.
10. What standard do your chemical pump meet?
According to ANSI/API610.
11. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are manufacturer,we have our own factory , passed ISO system certificated.
12. What filed can your products used for?
We can offer different types of products apply for water transfer, Heating and cooling system, Industry process, Petroleum chemical industry, Building system, Sea water treatment, Agriculture service, Fire fighting system, Sewage treatment.
13. What basic information should be provided for general inquiry?
Capacity, Head, Medium information, Material requirements, Motor or Diesel driven, Motor frequency. If vertical turbine pump, we need to know the under base length and discharge is under base or above base , if self priming pump, we need to know the suction Head ect.
14. Could you recommend which of your products is suitable for us to use?
We have professional technical personnel, according to the information you provide, combined with the actual situation, for you to recommend the most suitable for your products.
15. What types of pumps do you have?
We are manufacturer,we have our own factory , passed ISO system certificated.
16. What document can you provide for the quote?
We generally offer quotation list, curve and data sheet, drawing, and other material testing documents you need. If you need the thirty part witness testing will be ok , but you have to pay the thirty party charge.
